  Walked in at 7:05 PM. Got sat down right away. It took another 10 minutes before the waitress took our drink order. We decided that if it took that long we decided then to place our order. At 8:10 PM still no good other than the salads we ordered as part of the meal. Then the waitress tells me it's coming right out. That's BS. I've sat here for an hour. Watched others come in after us, get there meal, get there ticket pay and leave. I told the waitress this was BS. I want my dinner and a to go box. Never got the dinner, but it took the manager only 1 minute to come to our table after I told the waitress it was BS. She tells me it's only been 30 minutes cause we had to wait 30 minutes. I said in the beginning we were sat down right away. Maybe the Management and staff need to work there stories straight first before they come talk to what would have been a paying customer.

  DO NOT EAT HERE. I have literally never had as terrible of service in my 28 years. Long wait for large group to start, understandable. However, when seated still had to make additional arrangements for everyone to fit. Parking lot was not full, NEAR EMPTY...tables were not full, yet we had NO plates and NO butter for our rolls. They announced upfront they were out of sweet tea and pork chops. Ordered a flavored margarita, came back and said blender was broken. Got half of our regular drink order. 20 minutes later, no butter, no drinks. The other half of drinks come, there are NO plates still. Waitress said she had to wash cups herself. 1 hour later NO food...manager is able to make flavored margaritas, brings butter. After being at the table for close to two hours food comes...medium steaks are way over cooked, grilled shrimp is way over cooked- INEDIBLE. The kids menu has a roadie - description says cheeseburger...there's an option that says cheese roadie- description says grilled cheese with a twist. Thought ordered 'grilled cheese' they bring out cheeseburger and say "sorry menu hasn't been changed". Cook comes out to apologize and takes off 25%, yet at this rate, is not even satisfying. READ OTHER REVIEWS THEY WILL CONFIRM.
