  It was a terrible start.. had to ask for a different waitress. First waitress offered me Mexican beers to drink. I am not sure if this was because I was Hispanic or not.. but my Wife (Caucasian) seemed to think so. I believe so as well, but hate to give her any credit for trying to offend me. She offered Dos Equis, Modelo, Corona.. I always drink Heineken, they were out. Manager explained because I asked for an import beer.. she didn't offer me Guiness though... hmm?
  
  Asked for pricing on drinks.. seemed like I was bothering her... so she slammed the drink menu on the table.. again no prices In the menu.. so I had to ask.. now she was really upset.. just ordered a draft without knowing the price.
  
  Asked for kids drinks.. she brought us big cups and no lids for my 3yr old! Smh.. Asked the manager for someone different explained the situation.. said that wasn't right and got us a new waitress, just out of training New.. The other waitress asked us why the switch.. when we explained and told her who our waitress was "oh, I am not surprised at all" and gave us a very understanding shake of the head and apoligized. She immediately asked us if those were supposed to be kids drinks, and offered to.bri g us lids at least.
  
  Finally got our food ordered.. had to wait 10 extra minutes for silverware to be brought to my kids.. even after I went I looking for some. We ordered their food first. Was told we will bring you some.. and we waited.. and waited. My kids just stared at their food picking and waiting..
  
  2nd waitress was nice but overwhelmed.. manager obviously didnt care.. No follow up visit, no offer of reparation.. $115 dollar meal to be treated like a 2nd rate pile of garbage.. so disappointed. This was our first visit ever to a Joe's crabshack. We expected a great experience, did not get it.
  
  I made the best of it and smiled and enjoyed my family.. but I will let corporate know.. I am not holding my breath and waiting on a response from them. Based on how management's response.
  
  3 stars because the food was good and the 2nd waitress was new.. she made the best of the mess she was put into. Left her about 18% on the tip.

  I'm sitting here right now. Janna is my waitress, she is friendly fun and patient with the kids. I haven't eaten my meal completely, but because of her, I think I'll return.

  Great food and awesome server. Food came out quickly and my friend and I weren't rushed to finish. Excellent place to sit and chat as well. Overall very pleased.
